RUBY - STUDIO MANAGER & COURIER SPOKESPERSON.
Ruby is a sweet little Canadian dog who joined our letterpress studio several years ago. She has settled well into her role as studio manager and oversees all studio happenings from her comfy position in the sunny corner.
She has an active morning while she undertakes her position by the front door and awaits courier deliveries. She is our meet and greet spokesperson. Her afternoons are spent supervising and ensure production of the studio is as to her satisfaction.
What five things do you love the most about letterpress?
1. I like my sunny corner, its perfect for nappings but I do get annoyed that the employees print so much as they make so much noise coming off the presses whilst I am trying to rest.
2. I like the opportunity to explore the lost and found objects which the studio floor can sometimes acquire.
3. I love watching the flywheel of Charlie spin, its quite mesmerising.
4. Im quite fond of the various smells of the inks, and I must admit I do love looking at the colours as they come off the letterpress.
5. I especially love break times.
