Our head office is in Mittagong and all orders ship from our warehouse in Mittagong.
Our beautiful store is located in Bowral and we also have locations across Melbourne Sydney and Canberra with more to open in the future. Check out our Stores page for locations and opening hours (including public holidays).
Orders & Delivery
We're always working to get your orders on their way to you as quickly as we can. Express Post orders will typically leave the warehouse in 1-2 business days, while Standard Shipping orders will be dispatched within 2-4 business days, though there may be some delays around sales and peak periods.
You'll get a notification when your order has started its journey so you can track its progress.
For orders shipping to Australian addresses, allow 2-5 business days for it to arrive. Most of our orders will ship with Australia Post's eParcel service, so you'll be able to track it once it leaves our warehouse, and that service will give you a more accurate estimate for when your order might arrive. If you need your order quickly, you can select Express Post at checkout, which will usually be delivered in 1-3 business days (depending on where in Australia it's going).
For addresses outside Australia, please allow 2-4 weeks for orders to arrive. International orders are shipped with Australia Post, international, Fedex and DHL air freight services and delivery rates are based upon the weight of goods and this service includes tracking, so you'll receive a more accurate estimate when your order leaves our warehouse. Bespoke Letterpress is not responsible for any customs requirements when your order reaches its destination.
All Standard and Express Post parcels are now sent with Safe To Leave authority, enabling contactless deliveries by Australia Post. If you prefer the security of a signature, you can change the delivery setting through the AusPost app.
Bespoke Letterpress ships around Australia and to countries all over the world.
Bespoke Letterpress accepts Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX), Paypal and AfterPay.
Each engraving / monogramming (pen and journal) is done when you order, so this can add some extra cost and handling time. We recommend allowing an extra 5-7 business days for your personalised order to be on its way to you.

We cannot cancel or make changes to orders once they have been placed, due to the workflow of our dispatch team.
