Terms & Conditions: Boxing Day Sale

  • Discount is only valid for retail customers during the promotional period.
  • No discount codes required, prices are as marked.
  • Discount is only valid between 23rd of December 2024 to 11:59pm on 12th of January 2025.
  • Discount cannot be applied to orders before or after this time period. Offers cannot be backdated, and due to the volume of orders we receive we are unable to combine multiple orders into single orders for shipment.
  • Due to high volume of orders during sale periods and Australia Post shipping times, shipment during promotional periods may take longer to reach their destination. Please keep this in mind for domestic & international shipping.
  • Discount is only available on selected items as marked and not available for purchases on bundles, hampers, gift cards or personalisation services.

By placing an order during the Boxing Day Sale promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.


Terms & Conditions

When you purchase a product via the Bespoke Letterpress website or Bespoke Letterpress stores, you are accepting the following terms and conditions which are legally binding. Please read through carefully before making your purchase.

Customers must provide their contact details including full name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information. Customers warrant that the payment details provided when purchasing products are theirs and are valid and correct.

Coupons & Discounts

Coupon codes are only valid for retail orders placed online, and are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Discount/s is/are only valid where and when the order is processed through our online checkout. Discount codes, loyalty coupons or reductions are not valid on the purchase of gift cards, however if you have a valid gift card these can be used with the application of promotional discounts current at the time of gift card redemption. Discounts cannot be credited or edited post checkout. 

Privacy

Bespoke Letterpress recognises and respects your privacy and treats your personal information as confidential. All personal details provided will be kept safe, secure and confidential and will not under any circumstances be distributed to third parties. Your details will be kept on a private database for Bespoke Letterpresses use only.

Payments

For our online retail shoppers we accept payment using PayPal, Credit Card or Afterpay. We do not accept cheques, cash or money orders.

For our online wholesale shoppers we accept payment using Paypal or Credit Card. We do not accept cheques, cash or money orders.

For our stores we accept payment using Cash, Eftpos, Credit Card or Afterpay. Please note for safety at our kiosk stores we are unable to accept Cash payments.

All payments are processed at the point of order. Please ensure all contact details are correct when placing an order so we can get in touch should there be any issues.

Shipping Address & Failed Deliveries

It is the responsibly of the buyer to ensure that they have entered their address correctly. In the instance that a buyer submits an incorrect undeliverable address, or provides an incorrect address that gets accepted by someone other then themselves, or fails to collect their parcel from their post office within suitable time, this is an error on the buyers behalf. 

In these instances, if your parcel is returned back to us, it is the buyers responsibility to pay any onward shipping fees to have the parcel resent or sent to an amended address. In the instance that your parcel is unable to be returned to us, you will not qualify for a refund.

Currency

All product prices, shipping prices and payment transactions on the Bespoke Letterpress website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

GST & Taxes

All products bought on the Bespoke Letterpress website and instores include GST. Products shipped internationally may attract customs duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to pay any additional customs duties and taxes on the delivery of your products.

Commercial use or resale

Bespoke Letterpress products are not available for commercial sale, commercial packaging or commercial use. This includes the use of our papers, wraps and materials in any commercial sense where you produce products that you sell. The only exception to this rule, is approved Bespoke Letterpress stockists who have been approved to sell our products (in full and in Bespoke Letterpress packaging) at their approved retail premises.

Customer Service

Bespoke Letterpress is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. You will receive an order confirmation email and invoice via email once your order has been received. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; pending availability and payment authorisation. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Orders placed on a Monday will be processed the next business day (excluding holidays). Orders placed on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

The Bespoke Letterpress customer service team will contact you if the product you have selected is not currently in stock.

During peak sales and seasons, our customer service and dispatch time frames may fluctuate based upon workloads.

Cancellations

Please choose carefully. Once an order is submitted online, or purchased instore, we are unable to change or cancel the order. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

Resale or commercial use.

Unless prior approval has been granted, our products are not for resale or commercial use.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Bespoke Letterpress collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the http://bespokepress.com.au website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Bespoke Letterpress.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Our Site may use "cookies" to enhance User experience. User's web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.

Bespoke Letterpress may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

  • To improve customer service Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
  • To personalize user experience We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.
  • To improve our Site We may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services.
  • To process payments We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
  • To run a promotion, contest, survey or other Site feature To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.
  • To send periodic emails  We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.
