Bespoke Letterpress is currently seeking Retail Sales Assistants to join our team based at our Strand Arcade kiosk store in Sydney CBD.

To suit this position you will:

Have a strong customer service focus
Have an unwavering love and passion for stationery, printed goods and beautiful paper products
Experience in a retail store environment
Be a passionate, hardworking and dedicated individual
Excellent communication, conversational and interpersonal skills
Be an independent worker confident to both work on your own, however also able to work in a team when required
Be available for multiple and regular days each week which can include weekends.

Duties will involve:

- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Maintaining and replenishing stock storewide
Merchandising stock
- Maintaining store presentation and cleanliness
Serving and assisting customers in a professional and efficient manner
Operating tills, calculating change, eftpos and start and end of day floats.
Providing excellent customer service
Providing feedback and maintaining strong communication with Head Office
Production and packaging of goods as required

As part of this role you will may be required to undertake some training days at our Bowral or Strand Arcade stores.

This position is being offered as a Casual position with a desired minimum 2-3 days full availability, with an immediate start.
