The Role:
Bespoke Letterpress is currently seeking a Retail Store Managers to Lead our team in our new locations opening at Emporium Melbourne and Westfield Doncaster - both opening in Late October/Early November. We are looking for a flexible approach to working hours with minimum of 3 days per week availability, which may include weekdays, weekends, and Public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by being warm, professional, knowledgeable and genuine.
- Merchandise, maintain and replenish store stock to brand standards.
- Deliver excellence in store presentation and cleanliness.
- Efficient operation of Point of Sale, Eftpos, administration procedures including open, close and banking.
- Lead the Team to deliver key business KPI's
- Collaborate with the team and company to achieve team goals.
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Have exceptional customer service skills with proven retail management experience.
- Have an unwavering passion for stationery, and beautiful printed paper products.
- Be a proactive, dedicated individual with good problem solving skills.
- Possess a positive outlook and be able to work independently and lead a team.

Bespoke Letterpress is currently seeking Casual Retail Gift Wrapping & Sales Assistants to compliment our teams in our Retail Stores. We are looking for a flexible approach to working hours with min of 3 days per week availability, which may include weekdays, weekends, and Public holidays.

- Deliver beautiful gift wrapping to surprise and delight.

Warehouse pick and Packers

Mittagong Head Office warehouse
The Role:
Bespoke Letterpress is currently seeking Casual Warehouse Pick and Packers to compliment our Warehouse Team. This
position will require the ability to ensure the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of goods, via transfers and online orders.We are looking for a flexible approach to working hours with min of 3 days per week availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively using our Online Shop & Shipping systems
- Participate in the daily logistics of picking, packing and shipping our online orders as well as bulk product orders.
- Timely and accurate dispatch of online orders and inter-store transfers.
- Ensuring that our stationery products are packaged with love and care so our customers are delighted when they receive and open their orders.
- Understand company promotional activities and impacts on Warehouse.
- Participate in conducting rolling stocktakes when requested to do so.
- Ensure all inventory is acurately labelled, stored and dispatched.
