The Role:

We are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator who is as passionate about creativity as they are about data-driven decision-making. This role is perfect for someone who is ready to contribute to all aspects of our marketing efforts, from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels including social media (facebook, instagram, tik tok), email, and website.
- Develop, plan and schedule our  Marketing Calendar, monitor all key project dates and understand the necessary components to effectively deliver campaigns
- Coordinate both our internal and external marketing experts
- Schedule and copyright
- Content brainstorm and create compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and engages our audience.
- Analyse marketing data and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with our design and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, fostering community engagement.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and events.
- Effectively manage sample send outs, seeking to maximise media coverage and build key relationships with media.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

About You:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the retail or luxury goods sector.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Passion for stationery and an appreciation for high-quality, beautiful products.

Sales Assistant Casual - Strand Arcade Store

Location: The Strand Arcade, Sydney 
Position: Retail Sales Assistant
Employment Type: Casual

The Role:
Bespoke Letterpress is currently seeking Casual Retail Sales Assistants to compliment our teams in our Retail Stores. We are looking for a flexible approach to working hours with min of 3 days per week availability, which may include weekdays, weekends, and Public holidays.
 
Key Responsibilities:
⁃ Deliver an exceptional customer experience by being warm, professional, knowledgeable and genuine.
⁃ Merchandise, maintain and replenish store stock to brand standards.
⁃ Deliver excellence in store presentation and cleanliness.
⁃ Efficient operation of Point of Sale, Eftpos, administration procedures including open, close and banking.
⁃ Collaborate within the team and company to achieve team goals.

Pick n Pack Warehouse Assistant Casual - Mittagong

The Role:
Bespoke Letterpress is currently seeking Casual Pick n Pack staff to collate, gift wrap and ship with love to our customers all over the country and abroad. This positions is Casual, with working hours between 7.30am - 3.30pm weekdays. This position is for Immediate Start at our Mittagong Warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Effectively using our Online Shop & Shipping systems
•    Participate in the daily logistics of picking, packing and shipping our online orders as well as bulk product orders.
•    Timely and accurate dispatch of online orders and inter-store transfers.
•    Ensuring that our stationery products are packaged with love and care so our customers are delighted when they receive and open their orders.
•    Understand company promotional activities and impacts on Warehouse.
•    Participate in conducting rolling stocktakes when requested to do so.
•    Ensure all inventory is accurately labelled, stored and dispatched.
•    Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and in compliance with safety regulations.
•    Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

The Ideal Candidate will:
•    Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a warehouse environment
•    A passion for Stationery, and exceptional customer service.
•    Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
•    Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
•    Ability to achieve goals, whilst working under pressure and meet deadlines
•    Strong problem-solving skills
•    High school certificate or equivalent, post-secondary education in logistics or supply chain is an asset
