E-Commerce coordinator

The Role:

Bespoke Letterpress is currently seeking a E-Commerce Coordinator to optimise the performance of our omni channel online platforms, including Shopify, The Iconic, Faire and Amazon US. The role is focused on ensuring a seamless high-converting customer service experience, while driving business growth through UX improvements. The role is full time, working Monday to Friday in house only, in our Mittagong Head Office, in the Southern Highlands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimising our omni channel e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, The Iconic, Faire and Amazon US.
  • Monitor omni channel performance using Analytics tools to identify improvements in user experience, product flow, and conversion rates.
  • Execute UX optimisations to simplify navigation, enhance mobile responsiveness, and streamline the purchase journey.
  • Digital product management and platform visual merchandising.

The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Significant experience in ecommerce operations, omni-channel retail platforms, and user experience (UX) optimisation.
  • Proficiency with Shopify, The Iconic Partner Portal, Faire, and Seller Central.
  • Familiarity with Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, ecommerce merch tools.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Appreciation for design, craftsmanship, and luxury stationery or lifestyle goods is highly regarded.

Graphic Designer

Locations Available:

The Role:

Are you a seasoned graphic designer with a deep love and appreciation for fine design and stationery? Do you thrive on bringing brand stories to life through visually stunning designs? The role is full time, but we would also consider a Part time role with a minimum of 3 days a week, in house only.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participating in the conceptual development, design and execution of our in house product line.
  • Collaborating closely with our Creative Director and Marketing team to conceptualise and execute captivating digital marketing campaigns.
  • Designing and producing high-quality marketing collateral, including digital ads, social media content, and email campaigns.
  • Ensuring that all design materials align with our brand's aesthetic and uphold our standards of design and craftsmanship.
  • Attending our product photoshoots and assisting in the post editing of product photos.

The Ideal Candidate will:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, versatility, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Indesign, Photoshop & Illustrator.
  • Exceptional design skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven experience in designing marketing materials and an understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • An understanding of Klaviyo or similar EDM software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in a product based business and shopify is desired, but not essential.
  • A passion for typography, beautiful and functional design and a deep appreciation for product design and marketing.
  • Self motivated and independent
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • An innovative and strategic mindset to help drive the brand forward.

Bespoke Letterpress is currently seeking a Retail Store Managers to Lead our teams. We are looking for a flexible approach to working hours with minimum of 3 days per week availability, which may include weekdays, weekends, and Public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by being warm, professional, knowledgeable and genuine.
  • Merchandise, maintain and replenish store stock to brand standards.
  • Deliver excellence in store presentation and cleanliness.
  • Efficient operation of Point of Sale, Eftpos, administration procedures including open, close and banking.
  • Lead the Team to deliver key business KPI's
  • Collaborate with the team and company to achieve team goals.

The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Have exceptional customer service skills with proven retail management experience.
  • Have an unwavering passion for stationery, and beautiful printed paper products.
  • Be a proactive, dedicated individual with good problem solving skills.
