As a Warehouse Pick & Packer, you'll play an important part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately, efficiently and beautifully presented.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking customer orders accurately.
• Packing orders to our premium presentation standards.
• Replenishing warehouse shelving and picking locations.
• Preparing wholesale and retail store orders.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
• Working collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet daily dispatch targets.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.

• Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work.

Bespoke Letterpress is currently seeking a E-Commerce Coordinator, responsible for optimising our online presence across both retail and wholesale e-commerce channels.
This includes maintaining product accuracy, visual appeal, and platform functionality across all sites, while supporting business growth through strategic updates, UX improvements, and collaborative campaign execution with internal teams.

Your contribution will help bring our beautifully crafted stationery and lifestyle goods to more customers, nurturing our online presence and enriching the customer journey.

• Take ownership of maintaining and optimising our omni-channel e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, The Iconic, Faire and Amazon US.
• Work with external partners to optimise our Amazon US platform store front, through Seller Central, using Amazon Brand Analytics (ABA) to optimise customer search behaviour, product performance and understand brand insights, to drive clicks, loyalty and repeat purchasing.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to implement digital campaigns and sales events across e-commerce platforms, ensuring cohesive messaging and seamless execution.
• Monitor website and platform performance using tools like Shopify and Google Analytics to identify improvements in user experience, product flow, and conversion rates.
• Execute ongoing UX (user experience) optimisations to simplify navigation, enhance mobile responsiveness, and streamline the purchase journey.
• Work with developers and internal teams to implement website enhancements, seasonal updates, and performance improvements.
• Ensure all product listings across all our platforms are kept up to date with accurate information, availability, and high-quality visual presentation.
• Apply best-practice visual merchandising techniques on Shopify — repositioning sold-out items, featuring in-stock hero products, and curating collections to maximise visibility and sales
• Take responsibility for uploading and managing new product launches online, optimising metafields and SEO best practices.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure product availability and real-time inventory accuracy
  
  
  
  

• Significant experience in ecommerce operations, omni-channel retail platforms, and user experience (UX) optimisation.
• Proficiency with Shopify, The Iconic Partner Portal, Faire, and Amazon Seller Central.
• Familiarity with Shopify Analytics, Google
  Analytics, and ecommerce merchandising tools.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing
  multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Bespoke Letterpress is currently seeking Casual Retail Sales Assistants to compliment our teams in our Retail Stores. We are looking for a flexible approach to working hours with min of 3 days per week availability, which may include weekdays, weekends, and Public holidays.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by being warm, professional, knowledgeable and genuine.
• Deliver beautiful gift wrapping to surprise and delight.
• Merchandise, maintain and replenish store stock to brand standards.
• Deliver excellence in store presentation and cleanliness.
• Efficient operation of Point of Sale, Eftpos, administration procedures including open, close and banking.
• Collaborate within the team and company to achieve team goals.
