A Dream Realised

"I can't begin to tell you what a dream it is to have produced our Christmas Gift Wrap rolls!" exclaimed Alischa Herrmann, the visionary behind Bespoke Letterpress. This dream has been years in the making, and earlier this year, we proudly launched our first collection of 3-meter and 30-meter gift wrap rolls. Now, we are beyond thrilled to introduce four stunning new designs for the holiday season, including two with magnificent gold foiling.

The Mission: Combining Beauty with Sustainability

Our journey to create these gift wrap rolls was guided by a mission that went beyond making simply the prettiest gift wrap rolls around. We were determined to craft rolls that are both heavyweight and, most importantly, environmentally friendly. This is a cause close to our hearts, as many rolled gift wraps in the market often come with plastic coatings on the paper, making them far from eco-friendly. And those which are eco friendly are often "boring brown kraft which is not very inspiring for beautiful Christmas decorating" says Bespoke Letterpress founder Alischa Herrmann.

To fulfill this mission, we embarked on an extraordinary journey. We had 10 tonnes of our very own, highly exclusive, recycled paper specially manufactured for us. Yes, you read that correctly – 10 tonnes of paper - we're a little crazy like that when it comes to our commitment to a greener planet.

Recyclable Foil Coating: A Game-Changer
In addition to our eco-friendly paper, we're thrilled to share that the foil coatings on our gift wrap rolls are fully recyclable. Our foil coatings are exceptionally thin and easily dissipate during the repulping process. What's more, our foil is fully compostable, challenging the common misconception that foil can't be recycled.

While foil combined with plastic coating on the stock (which is very common in most gift wrap rolls and cheaper stationery options) is not biodegradable, we're proud to be free from such plastic coatings on our beautiful paper stocks.
