A Christmas Message, with love, from Alischa

As we prepare to close the year, my heart is full reflecting on 2025 and what a huge year it’s been.

Among the hustle of packing orders, designing new collections, and chasing busy children around the house, I’ve found myself pausing often in gratitude. For you, our incredible community. For the trust you place in us to be part of your special moments. And for the joy of watching this little brand continue to grow in ways I never imagined when I first began.

This year, we’ve grown in both team and heart. We welcomed Ritika (our new Ecommerce Coordinator) and Jade (a wonderful addition to our Graphic Design team), joining Mel, Olivia, Sarah and Morgan - our small but mighty office team who have poured so much care into everything you see, touch and unwrap from Bespoke. Outside of our office, we are supported by our ever hard working warehouse team, and out in the fields our 7 wonderful store managers (Jess, Inge, Soo Min, Lilly, Barbara, Sanchy and Natalia) supported by their passionate retail teams!

We released our largest ever Planner Collection (a proud moment!), introduced beautiful new products like our Gardening Journal and 100% Linen Aprons, and experienced our biggest Black Friday event to date – none of which would have been possible without you. Behind the scenes, our warehouse team worked tirelessly to get your parcels out with love, and our loyalty community grew to over 35,000 members, with a staggering 17 million+ points earned this year. Your support continues to blow us away!

And speaking of milestones – we hit a huge one this year, processing over 106,000 orders (and still climbing)! That’s 106,000 beautiful parcels heading out into the world, and we’re endlessly grateful for each and every one.

We also opened our Chadstone pop-up store (bringing our store count to 7!) and celebrated by meeting so many of you in person. Nothing compares to those face-to-face moments and seeing your eyes light up when you step into our world of paper and beauty.

Behind the scenes, we made a big move into a much larger warehouse… and promptly filled it to the brim with our biggest-ever Christmas and Planner collections. A bigger space, filled with even bigger dreams.

We continued our personalisation services – embroidery, monogramming and engraving, and we still get a little thrill every time we see your chosen words and names. To be part of your birthdays, weddings, new babies, and Christmases is something we hold dear.

Creatively, 2025 has been a dream. We were honoured to collaborate with Swedish Maja Lindberg on our Christmas Collection and Australian artist Dominika Keller on our Calendars, Tea Towels, Puzzles, Workbooks and beloved Reusable Shopping Bags, while also continuing collaborations with artists we’ve loved working with before. Watching original artworks come to life across our range has been pure magic.

One of my favourite milestones this year was moving into our newly renovated family home, where we hosted our very first Christmas campaign shoot in August. With the help of the beautiful creative talents of Photographer Lean Timms and Stylist Imogene Abady, it was a joy to bring our products to life in a space that means so much to our family.

Another deeply meaningful chapter was our partnership with the Starlight Children’s Foundation for our charity Christmas Gift Wrapping Service. This is a cause incredibly close to our hearts. After spending an extensive period of time in Sydney Children’s Hospital with our son Albert last year, we saw first-hand the joy and relief the Starlight Room and The Captain Starlights brought on some of our most difficult days. To now support their work through our community has been both emotional and rewarding.

And on a more personal note – what a year it’s been for our family! Our little ones have had wonderful years at school, and next year will be a special one: our eldest, Albert, is off to high school, and little Louis will be joining his siblings at school for the very first time. How time flies.

As the year winds down, I’m looking forward to spending quiet time with Albert, Elsie, Rupert and Louis, and soaking up simple joys and time to dream about what we’ll create next. We have been busy making Christmas ornaments out of clay, the gingerbread houses have been lovingly and very messily decorated, and our Christmas Eve will be our tradition of driving around our lovely Southern Highlands spotting Christmas lights and relishing in this beloved tradition.

To each and every one of you, thank you. Thank you for shopping small. Thank you for choosing beautiful stationery and the magic of thoughtful design with us. And thank you for being such a big part of our brand’s story.

Wishing you and your loved ones a joyful, peaceful, and love-filled festive season.

With love,
Alischa x
