Capture Your Little One's Handwriting & Drawings

Perhaps the most special part of our engraving service is the ability to preserve your child's very own handwriting or drawings.

Those sweet backwards letters, wobbly handwritten names and adorable little scribbles are moments we wish we could hold onto forever. With our personalised ornament engraving, you can capture them just as they are, transforming your little one's artwork into a keepsake to treasure for years to come.

Imagine decorating the Christmas tree together in years to come, rediscovering their tiny handwriting from when they were little. A beautiful reminder of just how quickly these precious years pass.

How to Personalise Your Christmas Ornament

Creating your own personalised Christmas ornament is simple. Whether you're engraving a name, a special message or your child's artwork, our laser engraving service adds a meaningful finishing touch to your chosen design.

For children's drawings or handwriting, simply follow these steps:

1. Download our template file here and print it onto a plain white A4 sheet.

2. Get creative! Have your little one draw or write their special message inside the black box.

3. Capture their artwork by scanning the page or taking a clear, top-down photograph in good lighting.

4. Choose your favourite ornament from our Enamel Christmas Ornament collection.

5. Select the hand drawing engraving option on the product page and upload your artwork before adding the ornament to your cart.

Our team will carefully engrave your submitted design onto your chosen ornament, creating a personalised keepsake that's uniquely yours.

If you’re purchasing in-store, simply bring your A4 sheet, and our friendly staff will engrave it for you while you wait.

Personalisation is available for an additional $20 per ornament, allowing you to create a truly one-of-a-kind Christmas keepsake.

Our Top Tips for Beautiful Engraving

For the best results, we recommend:

• Using a thick black felt-tip pen.

• Avoiding pencils, crayons or fine ballpoint pens.

• Keeping drawings and handwriting within the black box, away from the edges.

• Choosing simple, clear designs, as artwork will be scaled down to fit your ornament.

• Taking photographs in bright, even lighting without shadows.

Remember, it's those little quirks that make your child's artwork so wonderfully special!

Thoughtful Christmas Gifts to Treasure

Personalised Christmas ornaments make beautiful gifts for the people who mean the most. Whether it's a little one's first Christmas, a teacher's gift or a thoughtful surprise for someone special, an engraved ornament is a meaningful way to celebrate the season.

A child's handwritten message makes a particularly precious gift for grandparents, while a name or special date can commemorate a baby's first Christmas, a newly married couple's first festive season, or another milestone worth remembering.

They're also a lovely way to add a personal touch to your Christmas gift wrapping. Simply tie an engraved ornament onto a beautifully wrapped present with ribbon, creating a thoughtful finishing touch that can be enjoyed on the tree long after the gift has been opened.
