Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

By applying to join and participating in the program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which outline your responsibilities and our expectations in a way that’s transparent, fair, and aligned with our shared love of thoughtful design.

1. Eligibility

Ambassadors must be 18 years of age or older and maintain an active, public social media presence that aligns with the aesthetic and values of Bespoke Letterpress.

2. Participation

By becoming an Ambassador, you agree to:

  • Create and share thoughtful, high-quality content that features Bespoke Letterpress products in an authentic and brand-aligned way.
  • For each gifted bundle, the recipient agrees to share a minimum of two (2) reels or posts, each accompanied by corresponding Instagram Stories. These stories should provide additional context, behind-the-scenes content, or direct engagement with the shared post or reel. This content must be published unless an alternative arrangement is explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to posting.
  • Provide ongoing, regular mentions across your platform during the partnership.
  • Tag @bespokepress and use any required hashtags in all relevant posts.
  • Disclose the partnership clearly and in compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), using terms like #Gifted #Ad, #Sponsored, or platform-specific tools.
  • Share basic performance metrics (such as likes, comments, reach and impressions) within 10 days of posting, using the form provided.
  • Respond to any reasonable requests from our team in a timely and professional manner.

3. Perks & Compensation

Ambassadors may receive:

  • A welcome gift of Bespoke Letterpress products.
  • Early access to selected product releases.
  • A personalised affiliate code with higher-than-standard commissions while creating content for us.
  • Opportunities to be featured on our platforms.
  • No monetary compensation is guaranteed unless agreed upon in writing for a specific campaign.

4. Ambassador Term Duration

Ambassadors are enrolled in the program for a period of four (4) months from the date of acceptance. At the end of this term, participation and continued access to ambassador perks (including affiliate codes and content opportunities) will be reviewed. Renewal is not automatic and is at the discretion of Bespoke Letterpress. We may extend, revise, or conclude your participation at any time with written notice.

5. Content Guidelines

We believe that beautiful storytelling lies at the heart of connection. As a Bespoke Letterpress Ambassador, we ask that your content reflects the spirit and values of our brand. Please ensure your content:

  • Is visually thoughtful, styled with care, and consistent with your usual aesthetic.
  • Features Bespoke Letterpress products clearly and in a way that feels natural and inspiring.
  • Is original (not copied or repurposed from other creators).
  • Includes accurate and respectful representation of our brand.
  • Avoids the use of filters or effects that distort colours or designs.
  • Tags @bespokepress and uses the hashtag #BespokeAmbassador in all related content, along with any additional hashtags or affiliate codes provided.

We may also share seasonal campaign briefs or specific creative themes throughout the year. Participation in those is optional but warmly encouraged.

6. Content Usage

By joining the program, you grant Bespoke Letterpress a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost, share, and use your submitted content across our social media channels, website, and marketing materials. You retain full ownership of your content.

7. Exclusivity

While you’re welcome to work with other brands, we kindly ask that you do not promote direct competitors (e.g. other premium stationery or paper goods brands) during your active involvement in our program, without prior written approval.

8. Managing Comments & Community

We love seeing our community engage with your content – and we ask Ambassadors to help us maintain a kind, respectful, and truthful space.

If any comments appear on your Bespoke Letterpress-related posts that may be misleading, false, or harmful to the brand’s reputation, we may reach out and kindly request that you hide or remove them. We simply ask that you respond to these requests within 24 hours where possible.

This helps ensure compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and keeps our shared content space supportive and accurate.

9. Conduct & Representation

Ambassadors are expected to uphold values of kindness, honesty, and respect – both in their content and interactions. Any content or behaviour that may damage the reputation of Bespoke Letterpress will result in immediate removal from the program.

10. Termination

Either party may end the partnership at any time by providing written notice. We reserve the right to remove Ambassadors who do not meet the expectations outlined above or who breach these Terms & Conditions.

11. Confidentiality

Occasionally, you may be given early access to new products or campaigns. We ask that you treat these previews as confidential until the official release unless instructed otherwise.

12. Legal Compliance

Ambassadors must comply with all relevant advertising laws and guidelines, including the disclosure of paid partnerships and affiliate links as required by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

13. General

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued participation in the program signifies your agreement to the most current version.
